FURNITURE CHARITY PROMOTION 

Peer suggestion of creating tips on how to upcycle furniture to decorate student room 


= Not really with the aesthetic direction I wanted to go for, feels like it could be for older middle aged audiences as well as students which may be unappealing to the students 
= Idea of tip publication pulls away from 
= Focussing on charity where students are likely to go for furniture as it's cheap means it works with the target audience and can be promoted in a more interesting appealing way 




> Very tropical island, plants and food colour scheme which doesn't work with the idea of furniture 
> Feels misplaced as colour scheme
> Very simple, easy to navigate website which is important 
> Overall aesthetic feels somewhat relevant and works for general public buying from here
> For an appeal to a younger more vibrant target audience elements of this can be used to keep their branding and recognisability but adapted in a more appealing and interesting way when applying to promotional outputs such as posters, social media posts and ultimately a leaflet to put through student houses
