> Pictures are better than first series but as involving both Ell and James to take these pictures still do not follow within what would be an elevating presentation, I need to be involved in the process and direct the photographers on how I want them done

> I assume they know how to do it but this is presumptuous

> Having book on stand does present the book more as an art artefact which is appropriate for the brief, but without a birds eye view and being so far away the actual publication cannot be read 

> The stand could have been covered in velvet itself, as it is a central part of the image more thought could have been put into this as it takes a lot of the focus away from the pages. 

> Additional pictures of condom box I also asked for are good and present this more individually as an additional output, but having it be opened and showing someone interacting with this would be a better presentation

 - Aria article     > background     > animations + interactions - main page layout development  - Mia article  ARIA ARTICLE  > Too many elements moving together  > Spent time cutting out the messages with the background and same with pink aria images though, so should use these with additional interactive elements  > Thought about the hover interaction used on Ell's page  > Make pink aria pictures appear if you hover over another image or symbol? eg. finger up pixel cursor art used in aria collage experiments  > Makes more sense to have the messages as hover elements, as the pink aria images create an important visual and if they were not present most of the time until the user interacted with them this would reduce the level of interest in the overall imagery  > Typing message symbol can be used for hover element instead for the story  > This way the user is following the story b...

Identity EVALUATION

Alike to GAIA EXRTH, it was disappointing not being able to complete the brief within the timescale set out. I recognise that I like working a lot on passion projects and pushing them further and further, to the point that perhaps the goals I set are unrealistic or I spend too long on one level/area of the project. In this case this was a research brief and I set out to spend a lot of time doing research and testing ideas. I found this a more difficult brief to do within the covid landscape and felt less inspired, as I wanted to go out into the world and look at things, ask people, visit places and so on. This meant this project took a back seat and by the end of the year revisiting it so late on meant there was no time to fulfil the visions I had for the project. It's exciting however to have so many projects I'm interested in to be continuing after uni as it means I can keep the momentum up of designing and producing more ideas and more work.
